This week on The Back 40 we are joined by Christoph Wand, a Livestock Sustainability Specialist with OMAFRA. Christoph and Mike look at the agriculture industry and its relationship with sustainability. Sustainability being the practice of attempting to reduce damage or degradation caused, has various everchanging processes, goals and needs from industry to industry or even farm to farm. Christoph utilizes his insight and experience with sustainability to explain how sustainability operates within our government and our communities, with a focus on sustainability for different breed of livestock.
